Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and TRAIDE when you use the platform.
The service
TRAIDE provides a subscription software platform for running a trade business — CRM, quoting, projects, scheduling, workforce, supply, finance, customer portal and AI assistance. Features vary by plan and are described at /pricing.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for the people you invite, and for keeping credentials secure. Owners and admins control roles and permissions inside your workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in AUD, per business, with a set number of internal users included. Customers, marketplace partners and limited-access subcontractors are never charged. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing date.
Your content
You own the data you put into TRAIDE. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it to run the service for you, including generating AI answers and drafts inside your workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use TRAIDE to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to upload malicious content, or to access another business's data. Marketplace participants must deal with each other honestly; disputes may be moderated by TRAIDE.
Availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime and publish status updates when incidents occur. Support is available in-app and by email during Australian business hours; response targets vary by plan.
Liability
TRAIDE is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Either party may terminate; on termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
