About TRAIDE

Trade businesses deserve software as serious as the work.

Most trade software was built for one job: quoting, or scheduling, or invoicing. The business ends up stitched together with texts, spreadsheets and memory. TRAIDE was built to be the operating system instead — one connected record from the first enquiry to the final margin.

How we build

Five rules we don't break.

  1. 01
    One record

A quote, job, shift, supply order and invoice are the same story. Nothing is re-typed.

  2. 02
    Field first

If it takes a tradesperson more than a few seconds on a phone, it's not finished.

  3. 03
    Plain language for customers

Customers see 'Plumbing & electrical preparation complete', not 'rough-in'.

  4. 04
    Margin is a live number

Profitability is not a report you run in July. It updates as the job happens.

  5. 05
    Same brand, different purpose

Admin gets power. Staff get speed. Customers get clarity. All of it looks and feels like one product.

Where we're from

Built in Australia, for trades everywhere.

TRAIDE started with plumbers, electricians and builders in Hobart and Sydney and grew into a template pack for every trade — because the problems are the same: too many apps, not enough visibility, and profit that leaks quietly.

See TRAIDE for your trade

We spent time in vans, on sites and in the offices that keep trade businesses running. The pattern was always the same: the quoting tool didn't talk to the job, the job didn't talk to the timesheet, the timesheet didn't talk to the invoice, and nobody talked to the customer until they called to ask what was happening.

So we built the connective tissue. When a customer signs a quote in TRAIDE, the job exists, the supplies are queued, the crew is dispatched and the customer's portal is live. When a technician clocks in, labour cost is already flowing to the margin. When a supplier confirms a delivery date, the schedule already knows.

The result is a business that feels calm from the inside and looks exceptionally organised from the outside. That's what TRAIDE is for.

The result

One calm screen for the whole business.

Six numbers, a short list of what needs you, and the margin on every job — always current, never re-typed.
